Recruitscape doesn't collect information such as personal ID numbers (unless it is mentioned in the documents you provide us), bank account number or credit card information.

We do not request or intend to collect any “special categories of information” such as any information on health, race, religion, political opinions or philosophical beliefs, sexual preferences or orientation.

Recruitscape collects information through forms on the website. It is optional to provide this information. Information obtained through form on recruitscape.com. The information is stored in Manatal, our recruitment CRM/ATS software.

You have the right to access your personal information which Recruitscape has registered in accordance with applicable law. You may at any time request to receive this information without consideration in accordance with the law.
You may also, at any time, delete your profile or ask us to delete or correct your personal information, provided that we are not obliged to keep these in accordance with applicable law or other obligations we have.
Information must be provided in a safe manner. If the registrant submits the request electronically, and unless the registrant requests otherwise, the information shall be provided in a regular electronic form.
You may withdraw the consent you have given us at any time. Click on the link: “Withdraw of consent” and register your name and email and we will withdraw your consent within 24 hours.
You have the right to appeal to the Data Inspectorate if you find that your personal information is not processed in accordance with this declaration.
1.3 Archiving of personal data
Recruitscape only stores necessary personal information. Contact information, which services are provided and consent to marketing. Recruitscape deletes personal data after 3 years unless it is an active relationship.

Recruitscape has good practices and comprehensive measures to ensure that unauthorized users do not access your personal information and that processing of data is in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. Examples of such measures are risk assessments, implementation of organizational and physical measures, access control and filing routines, as well as routines for data handling and follow-up of requests regarding the right of access, rectification and deletion.
