We a growing remote company with employees located in Athens. We have always wanted to be a remote employee company and plan fully implement remote within the year. The Cube is currently building a SAAS platform in the cross-channel marketing space and we are looking to add a few experienced Laravel developers to the team!

At The Cube, you will be in working in a dynamic and flexible environment, with a small team of driven developers that love to learn new skills. What will you be doing at The Cube?

Develop and enhance our new SAAS based cross-channel marketing platform
Develop clean, test-proven, and easy-to-maintain code
Implement new features and investigate issues in production
Participate in the process of code reviews
Learn and be challenged everyday!

What you will do

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail

  • Troubleshoot technical issues using your problem-solving skills

  • Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand

  • Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times

  • Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets

  • Ensure that key stakeholders are up to date on the resolution status of their issue, through effective written and verbal communication

  • Log the cases on internal systems, while getting up to date with client’s products & services


This opportunity is for full time employment or contract to hire. Salary and/or Rate negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

    PHP 7.x / 8.x (Required 3+ years)

    Laravel (Required 3+ years)

    MySQL – experience in development and ETL and the ability to create and run scripts against a database (Required)



    Familiarity with building integrations with 3rd party systems

    Experience using APIs and understanding HTTP, REST, and SOAP architecture

    Git (GitHub/Gitlab) – experience preferred, but this can be trained

    Experience with developing and deploying applications on the cloud, preferably on  Digital Ocean or Amazon Web Services (AWS)

    Some experience with Test Driven Development or willingness to learn

    A keen interest and drive to continuously learn new techniques and technologies.

    Self-driven, self-sufficient, actively looks for ways to contribute and knows how to get things done.
