What you will do
Presales questions,
Purchase on behalf of the customer, recommendation to buy, features comparison for devices
(Surface, Xbox & accessories) or subscription for licences, Payment issues, order cancellation and refund.
Store Advocate will be answering inbound calls from consumers, and/or Small Business users for Nordic countries
Store Advocate will handle Web Messaging interactions
Requirements
Fluency in Danish -Language skills: C2
Very good communication skills in English - English skills: C1
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of operating systems & computer applications
Computer and mobile devices knowledge/tech savviness
Be resourceful, able to multitask
Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
Empathy and a passion for customer service, solid team and collaboration skills, work independently with limited supervision
Ability to adapt and flex style according to customer personality, culture, and profile
Help-desk or system admin experience will be considered as an advantage
Sales Experience with consumer or business products and services is required
Relate with the importance of a sales engagement process in day to day interactions
Demonstrate consultative sales skills
Recognize customer personalities and personas in order to establish a sustainable customer relationship
Develop confidence in proposing a complete valueadded solution to the customer
Develop confidence in asking for the sale and connecting sales back to delivering customer service

Gross Salary: 1400€
Monthly Performance Bonus up to: up to 120€
Schedule : Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00
